Once you are registered and team assignments have been completed, you can visit your TeamSnap Dashboard 

by clicking here to see your account information and team information via desktop application. You can also use the TeamSnap App for mobile access to your team information.

TeamSnap Meet Schedule:  The TPA will post the team meet schedule after registration is completed for all levels. The meet scheduled is for YOUR TEAM, not a list of meets that you registered for.   If you registered for a meet and will no longer be able to attend and/or are injured, please complete this form ASAP to let them know. 

TeamSnap is the tool we use to share the TEAM meet schedule and report times.

Just a reminder that it’s NOT personalized to your athlete’s specific registrations. If your coach works with multiple levels on your team but competes in different/overlapping seasons (for example, Levels 3–4 and Levels 5–6), you may see meets listed that don’t apply to your athlete.

Always check your registration schedule and/or the notes in TeamSnap for clarification. In addition, your coach has a list of your meet schedule and which meets you registered for. 

If you’re not sure which meets you registered for, you can view that information in your TeamSnap account; just remember that it’s only visible when logging in via desktop/url (not through the app). Instructions for this quick self-service option are as follows:

Sign into your TeamSnap account here: https://go.teamsnap.com/team/dashboard

• Click "Account" on top right of screen
• Choose "My Account"
• Choose "Order"
• Click "Order Confirmation" to view your registration details.

Report times are managed by the host gym and are typically sent out about 1–2 weeks before the meet date.

If we receive them sooner, we’ll post them in TeamSnap. We post them the same day we receive them. If we have not posted them, we do not know the date/times.

TeamSnap will be the ONLY location where report times are shared this season, so please check there regularly for updates. PLEASE CONFIRM YOU SEE YOUR TEAM IN TEAMSNAP ASAP so you are receiving report times. Also please make sure that you check your settings so you receive notifications about report times or updates to meet info!

If the host gym provides additional details regarding admission, candy grams, etc., this info will be included within the TeamSnap notes section.
